I had a really comfortable stay at this brand-new hotel. Units with very nice decoration. The staff were pleasant and an absolute pleasure. The location was particularly good, for example, Lido Way was around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

Spacious rooms, good for groups. Kitchen and balcony in suite. Reasonable breakfast with good coffee. Attached to a gourmet supermarket. Duplex rooms are fabulous. New facilities include hair-dryer, umbrella, iron. Friendly staff. Super clean hotel.

Location: the hotel was just next door to the exhibition center and restaurants and a supermarket and Lidoway which offers a wide variety of restaurants, bars, spa. It also was very close to Hongqiao airport.

The breakfast at Novotel was outstanding, with a wide variety of options including delicious Western-style food. I had a comfortable and spacious room with all the necessary amenities. Despite some minor inconveniences, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

This place is perfect for our stay. We were amazed by the spacious and quiet room with beautiful decoration. The balcony offered a great view of the surrounding area. The location is really convenient, very close to the airport and subway station. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, providing excellent room service and maintaining high cleanliness standards.
